Refund Policy

At Chroma Apparel, every item is custom-printed and made to order just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for changes of mind or incorrect size selection.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide clear photos of the damage or the printing error.

Cancellations Once an order is placed and sent to production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
